Can I cancel or change my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet we will do our best to make adjustments. If it’s too late to make adjustments, you can still return or exchange the item for 14 days. Contact us through email at [email protected] or by phone at 800 289-6136

If your payment method was declined, it may have been unsuccessful due to incorrect information, card expiration, or insufficient funds. We accept all major credit cards, Cat Fashionista gift cards, as well as Afterpay (where you can buy now and pay later over 4 installments, each 2 weeks apart: www.afterpay.com)

Will out of stock items come back in stock?

If items are out of stock we have no way of knowing if they will ever come back in stock. The best way to keep informed is to sign up for our email newsletter here: www.catfashionista.com/newsletter

SHIPPING INFORMATION

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping depends on the weight of the items in your cart. Shipping options can be viewed at checkout. Orders over $75 ship free.

How can I get free shipping?

Order over $75 get free standard shipping (arrives in 4-5 days).

How can I track my order?

When your order is shipped you willl receive an email with tracking information.

How long will it take to get my order?

Orders are shipped the same day if placed by 3pm EST. “Standard” delivery will take 4-5 days to arrive. At checkout, there is the option to upgrade the shipping on in-stock items to 2-3 days or 1-2 days! (Back-ordered items take 2-4 weeks to arrive and that cannot be expedited).

Do you ship outside of the United States?

We can! Just send us an email at [email protected] with your address and the items you’d like and we will get you a shipping quote.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Do you accept returns?

Yes, and return shipping is free, US domestic customers have 14 days to exchange items for another size or request a refund. For a free return label, please contact us at [email protected]

How can I make a return?

For a free return label, please contact us at [email protected]. Returns are accepted unless worn, altered, washed or missing its original packaging and tags. The purchase price minus shipping costs will be refunded within 7 days of receipt of the return (International recipients are responsible for return shipping costs).

Are you having any sales?

Any promotions will be sent out through email so be sure to sign up for our newsletter. They will also be listed on the homepage. You can also shop discounted items on the “deals” page.

SIZING

How do I know what size to order?

Each item is listed in it’s US number or letter size. Each item may fit differently so the dimensions are listed in the description of each product. For assistance, you can email us at [email protected]. If the item doesn’t fit, we do offer free exchanges and returns within 14 days for US domestic customers. International recipients are responsible for return shipping costs.

Will existing items be offered in additional sizes?

Do you have plus size items?

We do have some plus size items listed in our “plus size” category and we are working on expanding this selection.
